Using the service
Organizers create games and invite the people on their list. Players answer invitations and can bring guests. Please give accurate information, only add people who know you are adding them, and do not misuse the service or try to disrupt it. Organizers must not add someone's number without that person agreeing to be contacted. The app only texts people who have confirmed through the sign-up above.
Subscription and billing
Organizing games and scoring cost $9.99 a month, paid by the organizer. Players do not pay. New organizers get a 14-day free trial. After the trial the subscription renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Subscription in your organizer settings, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are processed by Stripe. Fees already charged are not refunded unless the law requires it, but contact us if something looks wrong.
Availability and changes
We work to keep One Tap Pickleball running, but it is provided “as is,” without promises that it will always be available or error-free. We may change or end the service, or update these terms, and will update the date at the top of this page when we do.
